Welcome to Smoky Mountain Research Institute website. We are an independent research and evaluation institute dedicated to the improvement of the lives of children, their parents, and their families.

We invite you to examine our most recent product Measuring Outcomes for Young Children and Their Families, produced with support from and in collaboration with the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council.
